1. Seller verification

Sellers create an account and provide identity, store and product-source information where required before public listings are enabled.

Listings should state platform, region, delivery method, restrictions and the information a buyer needs before purchase.

When marketplace transactions are enabled, buyers will see order and delivery records in one place.

Listing details, order events and delivery evidence form the basis of a structured dispute review.
