Terms of use
These terms cover the Gamebize marketplace, Game Codes and account services.
Accounts and information
Provide accurate information, protect account access and do not impersonate another person or store.
Sellers and goods
Sellers must have the right to sell listed goods and accurately state region, platform, delivery and restrictions. Stolen, counterfeit, deceptive, gambling-related, unlawful or source-platform-prohibited goods are not allowed.
Marketplace transactions
Live payment and payout services will be governed by transaction terms shown before launch. Current onboarding pages do not mean Gamebize already holds funds or guarantees seller payouts.
Game Codes
Redeem-code information can expire, reach claim limits or be region-restricted. Third-party code availability is not guaranteed.
Enforcement
Gamebize may hide listings, restrict accounts or suspend content associated with fraud, rights violations or platform-rule violations.
